Fingerprinting Archiving and Vault ID

Vault ID offers secure enterprise-level fingerprint information storage on our web server.

It was developed to meet the stringent security requirements of larger PrintScan clients.

Our PrintScan Development team has created a tenancy service, allowing clients to store their records securely in their own "containers" within PrintScan's server, keeping them separate from the rest of the database.

Vault ID provides a secure solution for archiving electronic fingerprint files, which can be used for various purposes.

• Hard Card Printing On Demand: Used for out-of-state licensing and international requests.

Fingerprint Archiving is a highly sought-after PrintScan service, especially for those needing multiple state licenses or clearances.

Once archived, individuals won't need to provide multiple sets of ink fingerprints again and again.

To retrieve archived fingerprints, simply send an email or call us with your request, specifying the number of cards needed and shipping preferences.

We offer standard FBI (FD-258) and FINRA cards, but if you require state-specific cards, you can mail them to our office, and we'll print and return them the same day.

Note that hard cards may not be accepted in certain states, and individuals may need to use live scan services if their state has an exclusive fingerprint contract.

PrintScan prioritizes the security of your files, utilizing the power of cloud technology.

We store your fingerprint files securely on Microsoft Azure's Cloud Storage system. These files are encrypted and stored within their highly secure facility, protected by 24/7 surveillance and armed security guards.

Dual authentication, per FBI guidelines, adds an extra layer of security. Users must enter their username, password, and a secondary 6-digit pin number, accessible via email or text.

Microsoft Azure employs robust security technologies and practices, ensuring infrastructure resilience and user data protection through encryption, multi-factor authentication, and threat management.

Identity and user access are managed and controlled through Azure Active Directory with multi-factor authentication.

Communications and processes are encrypted, and a wide range of encryption capabilities is available, up to AES-256.

Azure secures networks, connecting virtual machines and on-premises datacenters securely, and utilizes intrusion detection, DDoS prevention, penetration testing, and machine learning to mitigate threats.
