Fingerprint Archiving & Vault ID

Storing fingerprints in a secure web server at your convenience

What is Fingerprint Archiving?

Fingerprint Archiving is the ability to store your fingerprints and demographic information in a secure environment, for the purpose of generating fingerprint cards or submission for various licensing requirements.

Over the years, many clients have wondered, "Why do I need to be fingerprinted AGAIN? I’m already on file, can’t the last set of fingerprints be used?"

The answer is, no! In most cases, State and Federal agencies are not saving or storing your actual fingerprint images, they’re simply storing a record of your clearance or the background check results.

PrintScan's solution to this problem is Fingerprint Archiving!

Capture the fingerprints and demographic information for your customers and store them securely with PrintScan!

When your client has a new fingerprint requirement, simply access their fingerprint file and generate additional fingerprint cards!

Whether you’re looking to offer fingerprinting as a service or satisfy your own internal fingerprint requirements, Fingerprint Archive is a premium, enterprise service offered only by PrintScan!
